Supplier evaluation
We have a comprehensive process for selecting material suppliers. Only work with reputable and reliable suppliers.
2.
Incoming inspection
Incoming inspection is also known as pre-production inspection. When product materials are obtained from suppliers, they need to be checked for quality.
3.
Process check
Goods are 100% inspected on the production line. Monitoring to detect and eliminate quality problems before they occur.
4.
CNC test
Every product delivered to the customer is tested at least 100% before being packaged.
5.
Final inspection
QC measures finished products to ensure they are manufactured to specifications.
6.
Safe shipment
We will select a few items for vibration testing to simulate a real transportation environment.
